Read all answers -> REVIEWS First of all, I gained an expanded understanding of my resourcefulness. And this concerned not only positive traits. I became more aware of and accepted the resourcefulness of my shadow sides. I saw how effective it is not to hide, not to ignore what is inside us, but to use it for the good — for our own development. The second discovery for me was the group work. It happened on some new, subtle and deeper level - people opened up very quickly. Such deep interaction is not always possible in real life - it would take years, but here in a few days we became very close. I've been working on myself a lot in recent years. But the level of immersion during the program was very deep — and it was interesting. After the training, I had a feeling as if something was tied up, and then — click! — it was released. And nothing is holding you back anymore. It's a painful but liberating feeling. I often return to it in real life. I recommend working with your shadow — it’s a big step forward. The Shadow program allows you to look inside in a very short time, put a mirror in front of yourself and see what’s really there. And this gives you a tremendous resource and a sense of freedom. In everyday life, people spend a lot of energy not noticing things in themselves that bother them or that they don't like. But when you realize it, you can work with it. There is a lack of trust, fatigue, and burnout among top managers and the team; fear of hiring a new CEO and losing the company’s corporate culture due to the arrival of a new person. Everything comes down "from the top" and there is no culture of top management involvement. Scaling problems. A very rapid growth of the team, there are no commonly accepted standards of interaction and communication. Оксана: Моя зустріч з тінню була неочікуваною. І сталася на другому році потужної трансформації, тиші й відходу із соціуму. Я з дитинства дуже добра, допомагаюча, чутлива, емпатична. Мене завжди всі любили. Мене багато зраджували, ображали і не цінували. Один старець, який бачив багато, у 2014 році сказав мені, що я не та людина, якою бачу себе. Що люди не знають мене. Що я закрила серце в кайдани. Тінь була настільки велика, що ніхто її не бачив. Межі були недосяжні. Я була тихим омутом, у якому глибина була мені непідвладна. В один день у березні 2024 року я почула пару речень від провідника. І того ж моменту пішла в роботу з терапевтом. Ціль — розширення компанії і розвиток онлайн-бізнесу. Інеса: Ти до Тіні і після того, як інтегрувала її — яка? Оксана: Шар за шаром я знімала без жалю стару шкіру. Йшла без жалю до себе, глибоко. Шукала кожну клітину тіньової сторони. Я була п’ять місяців у процесі очищення душі від деструктивних програм. Я зіткнулась із Его таким величезним, що важко було одразу зрозуміти його розмір. Більше того, я пізнала, що таке духовне Его. Бо проходила навчання на кармолога і відвідала два потужні ретрити. Один із них — у Діспензи. Близько двох місяців я перестала працювати, спілкуватися, їсти. Просто спала і дивилась на небо. Я опускалась у Маріанську западину. Я втратила всі старі цінності, себе, і зрозуміла, що жила все життя в ілюзії. Я занурювала інших в ілюзію про себе. Я пізнала Тінь і зрозуміла, що не люблю людей. Ніколи не любила себе. І що діти — єдине, що тримає мене і заради чого я безжально руйнувала стару себе і відкривала істину. Тінь відкрила мене — цілісну, справжню, чесну. Тінь допомогла зняти рожеві окуляри. Тінь показала, що мій вибір — це Світло. Тінь відкрила серце. Йому часто стало боляче, але цей біль лише підсвічує любов. Безумовну. Без умов до себе, до близьких, до людей, до світу. Тінь дала мені відповідь на одне важливе питання, яке мучило мене: «Чи зможе добро перемогти в сучасному світі?» Тепер я точно знаю: Світло завжди буде. Світло і тінь — це одне, це ціле, це все. Дуальний світ став єдиним. Тінь відкрила мене — цілісну, справжню, чесну. Тінь допомогла зняти рожеві окуляри. Тінь показала, що мій вибір — це Світло. Тінь відкрила серце. Інеса: Якби твоя Тінь мала архетип чи метафору — якою вона була б? Оксана: Метафора — день і ніч. День ніколи не бачить і не розуміє, що за заходом сонця. Але коли день іде в пізнання того, чого навіть ніколи не уявляв — він знайомиться зі своєю другою половиною і стає цілісним, пізнавши, що таке життя за заходом. Інеса: Якби Тінь лідера могла говорити — що б вона сказала світові? Оксана: Тінь лідера має бути впізнана. Визнання і пошук зерна веде до пізнання Світу. До прийняття. До безумовної любові. Пізнавши темряву, світло отримує можливість заповнити серце. Відкривши себе, серце і усвідомлюючи жорстокість сучасності — попри все — знати, що лише любов може врятувати людей. Власнику компанії, людині, яка працює з людьми, необхідно бути чесним — насамперед із собою. Потрібно знати свою суть і знайти зерно. Відкопати істину. Об’єднати дуальність, щоб краще розуміти людей. Пізнати себе цілісного, щоб бізнес і команда отримали справжні цінності і цілі. Я б наймала б не тих ТОПів, у кого МВА, а тих, хто пройшов ретрити і роботу з тінню та Его. Чесність із собою відкрила новий шлях до нових бажань. Тінь допомогла розпізнати травми і побачити ілюзії, в яких я жила весь час. Пізнати свій мозок, і довіряти серцю. Я проходжу трансформацію разом зі своєю командою, бо зрозуміла: мені складно щодня працювати з людьми, які не розуміють моїх пошуків і рішень, прийнятих не головою, а серцем. Я горджуся моїми феями. Владислав: Я взяв у фокус один з архетипів і продовжую це робити довгий час після проходження програми. Мені потрібно було розібратися в причинах нестачі одного з архетипів. І, фактично, мені вдалося збалансувати себе. Тепер я звертаю увагу на те, як саме цей архетип проявляється в моєму житті. Раніше я б навіть не задумувався про це.
