The term "shadow" was first used by Carl G. Jung to describe the parts of ourselves that we hide, repress, or deny.

Cleaning Up is the evolution of leadership maturity*

Carl Gustav Jung, the founder of the concept of the Shadow in psychoanalysis, saw working with it as vital to a person's mental health and self-realization. According to Jung, the Shadow is an unconscious reservoir of everything that a person has repressed or does not accept in themselves. He emphasized the importance of integrating the Shadow, arguing that it is the acceptance and integration of these dark aspects that allows a person to live a full, creative, and harmonious life.

Included:

  • Shadow work week program

  • Accommodation (room for 1 guest)

  • Chef's meals at Villa Terra Quinta

REVIEWS

First of all, I gained an expanded understanding of my resourcefulness. And this concerned not only positive traits. I became more aware of and accepted the resourcefulness of my shadow sides. I saw how effective it is not to hide, not to ignore what is inside us, but to use it for the good — for our own development.

The second discovery for me was the group work. It happened on some new, subtle and deeper level - people opened up very quickly. Such deep interaction is not always possible in real life - it would take years, but here in a few days we became very close.

I've been working on myself a lot in recent years. But the level of immersion during the program was very deep — and it was interesting.

After the training, I had a feeling as if something was tied up, and then — click! — it was released. And nothing is holding you back anymore. It's a painful but liberating feeling. I often return to it in real life.

I recommend working with your shadow — it’s a big step forward. The Shadow program allows you to look inside in a very short time, put a mirror in front of yourself and see what’s really there. And this gives you a tremendous resource and a sense of freedom.

In everyday life, people spend a lot of energy not noticing things in themselves that bother them or that they don't like. But when you realize it, you can work with it. Because if you don't see it, you can't change anything.
