Re:think — an individual coaching programme for personal strategy. Designed for leaders navigating transitions and seeking clarity, new direction and inner grounding. The programme helps participants redefine themselves, complete past chapters, recognise their resources and shape a vision for the future. Together with Inessa, participants move through four sequential phases: analysing past experience and roles, discovering their personal mission, building a trajectory of transition, and practising new ways of action. It is a deep, individual journey where what emerges is not merely a strategy — but a new level of maturity from which authentic leadership is born.
Shadow Work — a profound transformational programme for leaders ready to meet their shadow — those hidden parts of the self that influence decisions, relationships and leadership from the depths of the unconscious. Throughout the process, participants explore their own archetypes — the Warrior, Lover, Magician and King — learning to recognise how their light and shadow sides manifest in life and business, and how integrating these aspects leads to genuine maturity. The programme is led by British Shadow Work trainers, founders of the method in Europe, with Inessa Golubova serving as facilitator and organiser of this unique transformational space.
