My life has been devoted to one question:

How do we become whole in a fragmented world — and lead from that wholeness?

Today I work with founders, leaders, and visionary teams who have reached a threshold — a place where old identities no longer work, and new ones are not yet fully born. I guide people through transition, liminality, and inner reorganization — the invisible work that always precedes true change in life, business, and society.

I work with founders and owners at moments of inner transition. When old beliefs and structures no longer hold, the new is not yet formed, and there is no clear maps at the times of uncertainty.

When a lot has been achieved, but success no longer brings meaning, and an inner crisis asks for a deeper reorientation. When your previous leadership style has reached its limits, and both you and the system you lead require a new way of being.

My work weaves together integral philosophy, vertical leadership development, shadow work, archetypal psychology, regenerative systems thinking, and deep inner practice. But more than methods, I work with attention, truth, and inner coherence — the places where real power is restored.

I am a founder and entrepreneur, leadership consultant and maturity coach, speaker, educator, and board advisor. I believe that we do not need more strategies without soul, nor more spirituality without structure. We need humans who are brave enough to hold both — and to lead wisely.

Shadow Work — a profound transformational programme for leaders ready to meet their shadow — those hidden parts of the self that influence decisions, relationships and leadership from the depths of the unconscious. Throughout the process, participants explore their own archetypes — the Warrior, Lover, Magician and King — learning to recognise how their light and shadow sides manifest in life and business, and how integrating these aspects leads to genuine maturity. The programme is led by British Shadow Work trainers, founders of the method in Europe, with Inessa Golubova serving as facilitator and organiser of this unique transformational space. It is a deeply personal experience of meeting oneself — after which leaders return to the world with greater clarity, strength and the capacity to act with wholeness and integrity.
